Draconic and cosy – Ljubljana

The diverse capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana is said to be protected by dragons, which are symbolical guards of the city. The founding legend says that Ljubljana was established by the Greek hero Jason, after together with his army he slew a dragon. The city is rather small in size (similar in its size to Kaunas), and most sightseeing objects can be reached on foot.

To the west from the city centre, you will find Roman city ruins. Finally, in order to sense the pulse of the so-called European green capital, visit Tivoli park. It is the largest park in Ljubljana, and it will let you surround yourself with nature.
