On your first morning in Manchester, head over to any cosy local café and order your breakfast. WE recommend ordering Manchester eggs, which are first salted, covered in black pudding or usual sausages, and then rolled in breadcrumbs and roasted until they become golden. For lunch, you could try some “fish and chips”, a meal custom in the entire Great Britain. Possibly try it along with some pea mash, which is so popular in Manchester that it’s even used as a pizza topping.
