The avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences offers several unusually shaped but gorgeous-looking buildings and museums to visit. The city inside of Valencia shows a strong contrast between the medieval Valencia gate, the ancient market of La Lonja de la Seda de Valencia, and a modern market of Mercado Central that was built in Art Noveau.

Thousands of tourists come to Valencia because of its energetic and fun spring festival of Las Fallas and a museum of the same name. Other possible activities include observing live Spanish corrida or temperamental flamenco dance.
